Brothers Mike and Travis Loyens know a bit about the custom home building trade. Their family has been in the home building business for 60 years. Mike and Travis started Riverstone Custom Homes 26 plus years ago. Since the beginning of Riverstone, they have always been on the search for energy efficient, environmentally friendly and cutting edge products to incorporate into their builds. Two of these products that typically get used in the builds are ICF (insulated concrete forms) and boiler supplied radiant in-floor heat. Mike says these products create a strong, quiet, energy efficient and environmentally friendly home. With these items in mind 90% of their custom home builds are having these products included into them.
Riverstone typically builds on private pieces of rural land or in fill lots within a city or town the homeowners have already acquired. We take the initial vision of the owners to blueprint stage and then to final completion of the home, builds can vary from traditionally styled homes to modern farm house, cottage and ultra modern home designs.
Riverstone usually looks after the whole building process which not only includes the house build but looking after the building permits,driveway, well and septic installations Since Riverstone does a limited amount of builds in a year (typically 5 custom homes) our team can dedicate as much time as necessary for each build.
